What's included in every charter
Every Labopes charter includes a skipper and the fuel needed for the standard route along Malvarrosa and down toward El Saler. Because the skipper handles the boat from start to finish, nobody on board needs a boating licence — you simply step on and enjoy the water. The specific catamaran, sailing yacht or motor yacht for your trip is confirmed once you book, matched to your group size and the date you choose.
Drinks and snacks aren't part of the base rate, but they're simple to add. Tell us what you'd like when you enquire, and we'll arrange it for an extra fee, ready on board before you leave the marina. Skipper and standard-route fuel are already covered in the price you're quoted — no surprises once you're on the water.
What we provide, what you bring
Skipper on board
A professional skipper runs the boat for the whole trip, so no one in your group needs a licence.
Standard-route fuel
Fuel for the Malvarrosa and El Saler route is included in every quoted price.
Catering add-on
Drinks and snacks can be arranged ahead of departure for an extra fee.
Swimwear and a towel
Bring what you'd wear to the beach — swimwear, a towel, and a change of clothes for afterwards.
Sun protection
Valencia's sun is strong even on sunset trips, so pack sunscreen and a hat.
ID for boarding
Bring a valid ID or passport; the skipper may ask to see it before departure.
Questions about logistics
Do I need a boating licence to charter a yacht in Valencia?
No. Every charter comes with a skipper who operates the boat for the whole trip, so no licence or sailing experience is required from anyone in your group. You just need to show up at Marina de València on time.
What exactly is included in the price I'm quoted?
The quoted price covers the skipper and the fuel for the standard route along Malvarrosa and toward El Saler. Drinks, snacks and any extras are priced separately and confirmed when you book.
Can we bring our own drinks and food on board?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own. If you'd rather not plan ahead, we can also arrange drinks and snacks for an extra fee — just mention it when you enquire.
Is fuel for the Malvarrosa and El Saler route covered?
Yes, fuel for the standard route along Malvarrosa and down to El Saler is included in every quoted price. Routes beyond the standard stretch are priced separately on request.
What should I bring on a boat trip with Labopes?
Pack swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a valid ID. Deck shoes or flat sandals are a good idea too, since the deck can get slippery when wet.
How is the vessel chosen for my booking?
We confirm the specific catamaran, sailing yacht or motor yacht once you book, based on your group size, the date, and what's available in the fleet that day.
