How your enquiry data is handled
This page explains what information we collect through the enquiry form and email, and how it's used.
What we collect and why
When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, your email address, the content of your message, and any trip details you mention, such as preferred dates, group size or the type of vessel you're interested in.
We use this information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the charter you've requested — confirming the vessel, skipper and route with our team at Marina de València. We don't sell this data, and we don't share it with third parties except where it's genuinely needed to organise your booked trip, such as passing guest numbers to the skipper assigned to your charter.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry data for up to twelve months after our last exchange with you, or for the duration of your charter booking if you go ahead, whichever is longer. After that, we delete it unless a legal or accounting reason requires us to keep records longer. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — just email us and we'll handle the request without unnecessary delay.
We only contact people through the enquiry form and email. Labopes doesn't operate a phone line, WhatsApp, or any other messaging channel, so every reply you receive from us will come from our email address, referencing the enquiry you submitted. If a message claiming to be from us arrives through another channel, treat it as unverified and get in touch directly by email instead.
